A woman is claiming she was raped multiple times during an intense drug party at Chris Brown’s house in 2017.
The woman, who is only identifying herself as Jane Doe, claims she and her roommate were invited to an afterparty at Chris Brown’s LA home when they were pressured by Brown to drink and do various hard drugs like cocaine, Molly, and some unidentified clear pills filled with a white substance. Both Brown and his close friend, Lowell Grissom Jr., then took Jane Doe’s phone and tried to lure her up to a bedroom, where the night allegedly took a disturbing turn. Page Six reports the incident in alarming detail.
Brown, who was also allegedly waving a gun around that night, told the women to take the pill to have a “good time,” but the victim refused.
Then, the night took a harrowing turn, she claims.
The victim says Grissom lured her to an upstairs bedroom by telling her she could use her phone. But also in the room was the victim’s roommate, along with Brown and another woman, Doe X, who tried to convince the victim and her roomie to take off their clothes and “hook up with Brown and Grissom,” the suit says.
After other women came in the room, “Brown ordered Grissom to push a couch in front of the bedroom door to prevent anyone from exiting the otherwise sealed room,” the complaint says.
The other women stripped off their clothes and began to “engage in sexual activity with Grissom and Brown” while porn played on a giant TV in the background.
From there, Grissom allegedly cornered Jane Doe in the bathroom where he raped her. When she tried to escape to the laundry room, he reportedly followed her and raped her again and returned her phone. Jane Doe and her roommate were then able to call a cab and escape. (RELATED: R. “This is one of the most horrific sexual assault cases that I have ever seen,” Jane Doe’s lawyer, Gloria Allred said.
Strangely, the LAPD says Brown is not under investigation.
“At this time, there are no open investigations against Chris Brown,” a spokeswoman said. (RELATED: Woman Claims Chris Brown Threatened Her With A Gun)
Allred is claiming her client filed the suit against Brown and Grissom as a warning for other women against the two.
“She does not want any young woman to endure violent sexual assault she was forced to endure in an environment of guns and drugs,” Allred said.
Neither Lowell or Brown have commented on the matter.
