TiVo Corp. said its Chief Executive Enrique Rodriguez has resigned, after less than a year in the role. He’s leaving to assume a position of chief technology officer at Liberty Global in Europe, a long-time TiVo customer. TiVo said it named board member Raghu Rau as interim CEO, while it searches for Rodriguez’s permanent successor. Rodriguez has served as TiVo’s CEO since November 2017. Rau has been on TiVo’s board since 2015. The company said a review of its strategic alternatives continues, and expects to provide an update by its second-quarter earnings call. The stock, which is unchanged in premarket trade, has lost 11% year to date, while the S&P 500 has gained 1.5%.
