CHARLOTTE, N.C., Aug. 7, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — LMC, a leader in apartment development and management, today announced that its mixed-use apartment community currently under construction in Charlotte’s South End neighborhood has been named Bradham at New Bern Station.
Bradham, which will feature 432 apartment homes and 25,500 square feet of retail space, anticipates opening in early 2019. The community is located on the site that served as the first Pepsi bottling franchise in the nation and the name was inspired by Caleb Bradham, Pepsi-Cola creator and resident of New Bern, N.C.
“The history of our new community’s location provided a great opportunity to respect our past and celebrate the current and future success of South End,” said Jeff Harris, division president of the Carolinas for LMC. “South End continues to grow as a commercial office, hospitality, retail and residential neighborhood in Charlotte. We are looking forward to joining the neighborhood and providing a new retail destination, as well as apartment homes, for new and existing residents.”
Bradham at New Bern Station will include a transit lounge, transit courtyard, pool courtyard, fitness center, yoga studio, pet spa, dog park, and clubroom along with several other community amenities. Apartment interiors will be furnished with quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances and additional luxury features.
