Trump Promotes Conservative Journalist's 'No Collusion' Boast

President Donald Trump took to Twitter on Thursday to tout a conservative journalist’s declaration that the commander in chief is innocent of collusion with Russia in meddling in the 2016 presidential race and, in fact, it’s former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton who’s guilty.


Trump retweeted a statement by Graham Ledger, who hosts the evening cable show “The Daily Ledger” on the One America News Network, and stated:



“There has been no evidence whatsoever that Donald Trump or the campaign was involved in any kind of collusion to fix the 2016 election. In fact the evidence is the opposite, that Hillary Clinton & the Democrats colluded with the Russians to fix the 2016 election.”


Trump has tweeted his thanks to Ledger in the past. In December 2015, the president wrote: 



Graham, an Emmy-winning journalist, begins each of his broadcasts with the line: “Stand by! The doors to the newsroom are locked and the ‘p.c. police’ are not getting in…”
