Johnny Manziel Reveals His Reaction After Arriving In Cleveland, And It Wasn’t Good

Johnny Manziel apparently wasn’t a fan of Cleveland from the moment he arrived.

“Once I landed and went to Berea, Ohio, for the first time, I was like, ‘Can I go back to college? I don’t know anybody. I don’t know where I’m at. It’s cold! I don’t like it.’ That’s pretty much how it was,” Manziel told Kevin Hart during his appearance on “Cold as Balls.”

It’s really incredible how open Manziel has become about just how bad his time in Cleveland was, and we all know it was the definition of a dumpster fire. I’m not sure it could have gone much worse.

Johnny Football really didn’t appear to want to be there, which his interview with Hart only seems to further confirm. Imagine going from being a star at Texas A&M, one of the greatest college players ever, and then being told you now get to spend your winters in Cleveland. I’m sure that was a bit of a culture shock. (RELATED: JOHNNY MANZIEL GETS ABSOLUTELY JACKED UP. IS IT THE CRAZIEST HIT YOU’VE EVER SEEN? [VIDEO])

Now, Manziel is up in the CFL and has appeared to have done a solid job at getting his life turned around. Given how hard and fast he fell from grace, I think that’s really all you can ask for at this point.

Hopefully, he starts lighting it up north of the border and earns himself another shot at the NFL. Football fans everywhere would love to see it.
