A political reporter for the New York Times called out former Vice President Joe Biden after Biden’s campaign forwarded an inaccurate polling graphic based on a New York Times chart to supporters.

The story: “In an email to supporters, the Biden campaign said ‘other candidates can’t’ beat Trump,” tweeted NY Times reporter Shane Goldmacher on Tuesday.

He added: “But the polling chart they sent to supporters, sourced to NYT/Siena, is inaccurate.”

“The Biden campaign acknowledged that they got it wrong, and will correct future versions and re-upload graphic ‘so people who haven’t opened the email will see the correct one,’” Goldmacher added.
