Father learned of son's death in Halle attacker's video, court hears

The father of a 20-year-old man who was shot dead during a rampage in the German city of Halle last year learned of his son’s death by watching the attacker’s own video, a court heard on Tuesday.The man was one of two people killed by a right-wing extremist after the attacker unsuccessfully attempted to gain access to a synagogue full of worshippers on October 9, 2019.
