MANILA, Philippines — On Wednesday morning, detained activist Reina Mae Nasino, a 23-year-old first-time mom, was supposed to be brought to the funeral home where the remains of her three-month old daughter lie.The court had ordered Baby River separated from her a month after she gave birth and she had not seen her child since.
