Thousands of Thais were staging anti-government rallies across 20 cities on Sunday, undeterred from the rain and arrests of several activists the day before.Seven activists were arrested after the Saturday rally in Bangkok ended peacefully, according to the group Thai Lawyers for Human Rights.
