The U.S. State Department has approved turning over to Japan two men to face charges for allegedly helping former Nissan Motor Co. Chairman Carlos Ghosn flee the country while awaiting trial on financial misconduct charges, Reuters said Thursday.Lawyers for Michael Taylor, a former member of the U.S. Army Special Forces, and his son Peter Taylor, disclosed the department’s decision in a court filing in federal court in Boston as they sought to delay the transfer, which could happen later on Thursday, it said.
