Singapore-Hong Kong quarantine-free travel bubble to start in Nov.

An air travel bubble between Singapore and Hong Kong that will not require those arriving to enter coronavirus quarantine is set to start on Nov. 22, the respective governments announced Wednesday.It will mark the first time during the coronavirus pandemic anyone will be permitted to travel between the regional hubs for non-business purposes.
