After a terrific 2019 season that included an FBS leading 2,094 rushing yards and 21 rushing touchdowns, Chuba Hubbard decided to play in 2020 despite the option to opt-out because of Covid-19 and prepare for the draft. However, after suffering an ankle injury halfway through the season, Hubbard ended his Oklahoma State career and declared for the 2021 NFL Draft.
