Armenia, Azerbaijan agree on reconstruction plan for Nagorno-Karabakh

After talks with the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan, which ended an intense conflict two months ago, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the three countries had agreed on a reconstruction plan for the disputed region of Nagorno-Karabakh. Putin, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said that a ceasefire was largely holding.
