Nippon Ham Fighters right-hander Kohei Arihara has signed with the Texas Rangers on a two-year contract, the American League club announced Saturday. The 28-year-old had been seeking a move to the majors via the posting system after six seasons with the Fighters of Japan’s Pacific League.
