British Parliament votes for England to re-enter tier system

England will enter into a tiered system regulating coronavirus restrictions geographically starting on Wednesday, British lawmakers voted after a dramatic few days in Parliament.A total of 291 voted for England to re-enter the system, while 78 votes against it.This means that, from Wednesday, 99 per cent of the country will be in the two toughest tiers, tier 2 or tier 3.The decision of which area is placed in which tier has been made based on number of rising cases of Covid-19 in each region.
