SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A Sacramento-area woman facing challenges during the coronavirus pandemic was featured as the first guest in President Joe Biden’s revamped weekly address. Michele Voelkert, 47, was working for Stitch Fix, an online personal styling service based in San Francisco, when she lost her job in July.
