First-place AC Milan take three points at Samp to retain safe lead

Franck Kessie and substitute Samuel Castillejo clinched AC Milan’s 2-1 win at Sampdoria Sunday and kept the Serie A front-runners five points clear of second-placed city rivals Inter Milan.
