MIAMI — Formula One racing is officially coming to South Florida. The open-wheel circuit announced Sunday that the Miami Grand Prix, beginning in 2022, will be a part of its yearly schedule — a major triumph for Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross, Tom Garfinkel and their staff after years of setbacks.
