Finance chiefs from the Group of 20 major economies are expected to agree Friday to forgive part of the debts owed by developing countries as a further step to support them in fighting the coronavirus pandemic, conference sources said.The G-20 finance ministers and central bank governors are holding a virtual meeting to discuss the bolder action than their earlier decision to suspend debt repayment by such countries.
