Geiger back from coronavirus break to win home town Four Hills opener

Karl Geiger returrned from a coronavirus infection to win the Four Hills tournament opener in his German home town ahead of Kamil Stoch who was only cleared to compete earlier Tuesday when a Polish team quarantine was lifted. Germany’s Geiger soared 127 and 136.5 metres to get 291.1 points in Oberstdorf for his seventh World Cup career win.
