German FA boss asks Merkel for timeline for return of amateur game

German football federation (DFB) president Fritz Keller has written to Chancellor Angela Merkel, saying amateur players need to be given some sort of indication when they might be able to play again amid the coronavirus pandemic. Merkel is due to meet with state premiers on Wednesday to discuss the next steps.
