Italy's Draghi meets with biggest parties in bid to form government

Former European Central Bank chief Mario Draghi spoke with Italy’s majority political parties on Tuesday, though it is unclear how he would proceed after the end of the consultations. However, negotiations with ex-interior minister Matteo Salvini’s right-wing Lega party and the populist Five Star Movement (M5S) were still pending as of Tuesday night.
