Japan's Oct. industrial output rises 3.8%, up for 5th straight month

Japan’s industrial production in October rose 3.8 percent from the previous month, up for the fifth straight month, government data showed Monday.The seasonally adjusted index of output at factories and mines stood at 95.0 against the base of 100 for 2015, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry said in a preliminary report.
