Laegreid leads Norwegian biathlon sprint 1-4 triumph

Sturla Holm Laegreid led the way as Norway ruled a biathlon World Cup sprint in Austria with an impressive 1-2-3-4 finish on Thursday. Laegreid hit all 10 targets in the shooting range and clocked 23 minutes 4.9 seconds over the 10-kilometres distance under sunny skies in Hochfilzen. It was his second season and career victory, following a debut top spot in last month’s season-opening 20km in Kontiolahti, Finland.
