McLaren's first plug-in hybrid is a 680-hp sports coupe called Artura

McLaren is sending its new Artura model out onto the roads with an electric boost. A plug-in hybrid with 680 horsepower, this two-seater coupe can reach speeds of up to 330 km/h. The new plug-in drive consists of a petrol engine downsized from eight to six cylinders with a displacement of three litres and 585 hp, electric support with 94 hp integrated into the new eight-speed automatic transmission and a battery with a usable capacity of 7.4 kWh.
