Museum of African American Music opens in Nashville

Blues, soul, jazz, hip-hop and R&B: There is a new place of pilgrimage for fans of music inspired, created or influenced by African Americans. The National Museum of African American Music has officially opened in Nashville, known to many as “Music City”, in the US state of Tennessee. Visitors can find out more about over 50 musical genres across 900 square metres of exhibition space. Artists such as Jimi Hendrix, B.B.
