
Northwestern’s football game at Minnesota on Saturday has been canceled because of a COVID-19 outbreak within the Gophers program, the teams announced Monday.Minnesota reported seven new confirmed cases, bringing the total to 47 members of the program — 21 players and 26 staff members — who have tested positive since Nov. 19.
