NTT Docomo to offer 20-gigabyte monthly mobile plan for 2,980 yen

NTT Docomo Inc. said Thursday it will start offering a 20-gigabyte monthly plan for 2,980 yen ($29) in March, becoming the first of Japan’s major wireless carriers to lower mobile phone fees following government pressure.
