Police said a strong blast outside a church in Indonesia’s South Sulawesi province on Sunday morning was likely a suicide bombing, and that the suspect was dead. “The body found at the scene is believed to be of the suicide bomber,” provincial police chief Merdisyam said. Nine were injured: five church workers and four worshippers, he said. The bomb was likely to be of “high intensity,” the police chief said. The blast took place at 10:28 am (0328 GMT), Provincial police spokesman E Zulpan said. A police bomb squad and ambulances were at the scene.
