Potential Supreme Court nominee Raymond Kethledge is at home in Michigan, according to a tweet from CNN’s Jake Tapper Monday night.

Kethledge, 51, currently serves as a judge on the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is has a law degree from the University of Michigan. Kethledge’s location in Michigan and Amy Coney Barrett’s presence in Indiana leaves likely Supreme Court nominees as Brett Kavanaugh and Thomas Hardiman.
Kethledge, Hardiman, Kavanaugh, and Barrett were widely reported as President Donald Trump’s “final four” for the Supreme Court. A standout of Kethledge’s conservative career was his decision against the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission’s rejection of using credit checks for hiring, according to a Monday Politico primer.
