Reports: Tens of thousands rally in Myanmar in condemnation of coup

Protests against Myanmar’s military coup continue unabated with tens of thousands of people turning out on Friday. Demonstrations in the country’s largest city Yangon remained peaceful and those elsewhere resulting in clashes with police. Local media outlet Frontier Myanmar reported that more than 100,000 people had joined various protests in Yangon that remained peaceful.
