Scotland’s first minister has outlined the nation’s plan to leave its tough coronavirus restrictions over the next few weeks. Nicola Sturgeon told Scottish lawmakers at the country’s parliament on Tuesday that after some pupils returned to school on Monday, the rest would return on March 15 and April 6.
