Sen. Joe Manchin Says There’s ‘No Circumstance’ In Which He’ll Vote To Abolish Or Weaken Filibuster

Sen. Joe Manchin (D-West Virginia) indicated Wednesday that he will not join Senate Democrats in an effort to eliminate or weaken the filibuster.
