Snowboard world champion Joerg tests positive for coronavirus

Germany’s national snowboard racing team is in voluntary quarantine after world champion Selina Joerg tested positive for the coronavirus, Snowboard Germany said on Saturday.The federation said that Joerg, 32, was found to have contracted the Sars-CoV-2 virus in the weekly test among the athletes. As a result, all other team-mates have undergone another test.Sports director Andreas Scheid said that Joerg was doing OK under the circumstances, and that so far no one else was showing any symptoms.
