Australian states and territories have reimposed border restrictions, against residents of greater Sydney, as a coronavirus outbreak in the country’s most populous city continues to grow. New South Wales state officials said Monday that coronavirus cases associated with a cluster in Sydney’s Northern Beaches area have reached 83, after recording 15 new cases over a 24-hour period through Sunday night.
