Tens of thousands protest in Myanmar against coup

Tens of thousands of people took to the streets of Myanmar on Sunday for a ninth consecutive day of protests against a military coup. A crowd gathered for the second day in a row in front of the US embassy in Yangon to support Washington’s announcement of sanctions in the wake of the military power grab.
