The cast for “Top Gun: Maverick” recently got a couple major additions.
Deadline reported late Tuesday that Jon Hamm and Ed Harris have both signed onto the film. Their roles at this time remain unknown.
According to Page Six, the highly-anticipated sequel will focus on drone warfare and the end of dogfighting, which made the first movie such a hit. (RELATED: EVERYBODY’S FAVORITE TOM CRUISE MOVIE IS GETTING A SEQUEL. HERE ARE THE DETAILS)
I love both of these editions. Harris and Hamm are two of the best actors on the planet, and that’s not even up for debate. You’d have to be a complete idiot to disagree with me. Harris is one of the coolest dudes to ever live.
His performance pretty much single-handedly made “Westworld” one of the greatest shows ever made. The man is so intense that it’s unbelievable. I was already juiced for the sequel, but I’m way more excited now. I’ll watch just about anything Harris does, especially if it involves Hamm, Cruise, drones and fighter jets. Bring it on!
