Washington state's Gov. Jay Inslee defeats GOP challenger

SEATTLE — Gov. Jay Inslee has won election to a third term, defeating Republican challenger Loren Culp.Inslee led with about 60% of the vote to Culp’s 40% as of 8:45 p.m. Tuesday.
