By the time this column comes out, Super Typhoon Rolly with the international name Goni would have had already hit us, unless it decided to take another path.According to Weather Manila (as of Saturday, noon), the typhoon is currently at its peak with 215 kph winds (265 kph gusts) at 550 km east of Virac.
